What if my cleaning professional needs more time?

If you and your cleaner want to add more time to your appointment, your cleaner can easily do so from their dashboard before the appointment is invoiced.

You may also make your preferred changes via your dashboard.

  • Select your upcoming appointment.
  • Click 'Edit details'
  • Select your preferred appointment duration, and click 'Submit'.

Prioritizing what you would like cleaned in the time you have can be done through your appointment's 'Cleaning Notes' section, or by letting your cleaner know what you want them to focus on once they arrive.

You can also see and edit your notes by on the upper left menu of your dashboard > Settings > Cleaning Notes.
