Where is My Pay?
Your Completed Jobs page will show when the transfer for each payment you have received has started and when it has arrived. It will also show to which bank account it was deposited.

If your payment was deposited to a bank account that has been disabled, please reach out to the Customer Service of your bank for further assistance. Deposits sent to a closed bank account or canceled debit cards may be held by your bank until you contact them.
If your Weekly Pay was rejected by your bank, we will notify you via SMS. After you update your bank info, our system will automatically resend the payment the next business day with payment arriving within 3 business days.
