What if I am getting jobs outside my area?
Occasionally, Bubbly Cleaning may send you jobs that are outside the areas that you cover.
- You are in full control of which requests you accept, so you can choose to accept these jobs or not.
- If you do not want the job, you can simply ignore it and other cleaners will claim the job.
If you'd like to adjust your coverage areas, follow the steps below.
If you're using the Homeaglow for Cleaners app:
You can access your Coverage Map by going to the 'My Account' tab > 'Cleaning settings' > 'Coverage area'
- Swipe left or right to adjust your coverage distance from your home.
- Once you're done, click 'Save'.
If you're using your browser:
Visit your Dashboard Menu > Coverage Map.
- Select the areas that you want to receive requests from.
- Once you're done, click 'Save'.
