Where do I find my client's job notes?
If you're using the Homeaglow for Cleaners App:
- Go to the 'My Jobs' tab, and select your upcoming appointment with your client.
- Your client's notes should appear under 'Job Details'.
- If you have more job-related questions, you may also reach out to your client by tapping the 'Contact' button.
If you're using your browser:
- You can find your client's job notes in your dashboard's Upcoming Jobs & Requests page.
- In Blue are the jobs that are ready for you to claim. When you click on a job before claiming it, you will be able to read the client's notes before you take the job.
- In Green are the jobs you have already claimed. You'll see the client's notes upon clicking them. To learn more about the job, you may click on 'View/Edit Details'.
- If you have more questions about the job, you may also reach out to your client by clicking 'Call' or 'Text' below their name.
