I booked 3 hrs of cleaning ,Jorden came an hour late, which is ok as she texted me.But after coming she was very slow and didn't clean the bathroom well, just wiped the tub with cleaner. Didn't touch walls at all, the other bathroom was also same , after that she wiped kitchen counter , vacuum hallway (very small ),kitchen...not thoroughtly. Didn't put trash bag in guest bath. I scheduled a clean with Jordan specifically for move out. Unfortunately I came home to find the cleaning not sufficient and more importantly the back door open. The rooms still had cobwebs in the corners and the baseboards were not dusted. The window-sills next to the bed were not cleaned as well. When i wiped my hand across the oven vent, my hand turned black as it was not cleaned either.
The largest problem however was that the back sliding glass door was not locked and left slightly open. She instructed me that she left the trash out back and when i came home several hours later to remove I found the door ajar. Unfortunately the house was left open for the taking for many hours on duration.
I did appreciate how communicative Jordan was for the appointment, however found the cleaning lacking.

I booked 3 hrs of cleaning ,Jorden came an hour late, which is ok as she texted me.But after coming she was very slow and didn't clean the bathroom well, just wiped the tub with cleaner. Didn't touch walls at all, the other bathroom was also same , after that she wiped kitchen counter , vacuum hallway (very small ),kitchen...not thoroughtly. Didn't put trash bag in guest bath. Didn't take the kitchen trash completely..didn't put clean trash bag in kitchen as well.She ran away abruptly while i was talking to her... WORST EVER EXPERIENCE !!! ....NOT WORTH AT ALL!

Booked a 2 hour clean and in that time only cleaned 2.5 small bathrooms and a tiny kitchen. Specifically requested floors be mopped (did not have a vacuum or mop so I provided both) and it was still not done. None of the bedrooms were even entered.

This was my first cleaning with Jordan and she was fantastic! I was very happily pleased. She used all natural cleaning products (baking soda & vinegar), worked quickly and efficiently. She was very easy to get along with and super nice. She came and conquered and was done. Having her was awesome!

I think Jordan did a tremendous job. She did everything I asked. And more. I came to the kitchen to find she had even restocked my paper towels holder and moved in to a bathroom I hadn’t even asked for, but time allowed so she got it done. Would absolutely book her again.

I scheduled a clean with Jordan specifically for move out. Unfortunately I came home to find the cleaning not sufficient and more importantly the back door open. The rooms still had cobwebs in the corners and the baseboards were not dusted. The window-sills next to the bed were not cleaned as well. When i wiped my hand across the oven vent, my hand turned black as it was not cleaned either.
The largest problem however was that the back sliding glass door was not locked and left slightly open. She instructed me that she left the trash out back and when i came home several hours later to remove I found the door ajar. Unfortunately the house was left open for the taking for many hours on duration.
I did appreciate how communicative Jordan was for the appointment, however found the cleaning lacking.
