It was super cleaned . She meticulously clean all spaces . She had all cleaning equipment including vacuum. Showed up on time . Only reason didn’t get 5 starts . She was slower compared to my other cleaners , but didn’t charge me for extra hour so appreciate it .

Very thorough cleaning in the rooms she did but did not allocate the 4 hours adequately and ran out of time in the end to do the two most important rooms. Just need to set expectations with her on what rooms you want done in the time you have.

I waited three days for this cleaning the inconsistency and the horrible communication between the office managers, and the cleaners was the worst. I will not be continuing with this subscription.

Anna was great! Very easy going and professional and super efficient. She didn’t waste any time. Was very open to moderations and used some great smelling products.
